Your roleĀ at a glanceĀ š¤øāāļø
As an SDR at Juni, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities by engaging with prospects and qualifying leads. You will be responsible for understanding potential customersā needs and introducing them to Juniās solutions in a compelling way.
Your responsibilities š
In this role, youāll:
- Develop a deep understanding of Juniās product offering and master outbound sales techniques.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new potential customers within your target segments.
- Build relationships with key contacts, understanding their pain points and needs.
- Pitch our solutions to CFOs and senior finance professionals to generate interest and secure discovery calls.
- Ensure customer data is accurately recorded and collaborate on optimizing commercial processes to improve conversion rates.
- Serve as a voice of the customer of all challenges/opportunities that exist within their areas.
In your first two months, youāll complete Juni's intensive onboarding program, learn how to sell to finance leaders, and get fully integrated into your team. By three months, youāll be generating pipeline coverage, building effective email sequences, qualifying top prospects, and helping the team boost productivity and go-to-market speed. By five months, you'll be booking meetings, mastering Juni's pitch, identifying new tools and processes, and consistently exceeding your targets as you prepare for a strong year-end pipeline.
Qualifications š
We believe the following qualifications are key to success in this role:
- 1+ years of experience as an SDR
- Comfortable selling to SME-mid-market sied customers
- Strong & creative negotiation skills
- Critical thinker and extremely data-driven
- Excellent communication skills in native Swedish and, of course, English
What weād love to see:
- Experience with B2B sales tech stack; Hubspot, LI Sales Nav, Cognism
- Experience with SaaS or B2B fintech (Banking, spend management, treasury or financing)
- A bachelorās degree or similar within a relevant field
