Your role at a glance đ¤¸ââď¸
Weâre looking for a passionate wordsmith with great attention to detail who can work with our Communications team to deliver an impactful multi-channel content strategy and editorial plan. Youâre creative and able to execute and bring new content ideas to the table. Youâre excited to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple teams and customers to deliver best-in-class content.
Responsibilities đŞ
- Be our editorial mastermind, ensuring our content is of the highest quality - clear, insightful, valuable, authentic copy with consistency, bringing our brand and product to life.
- Research, write, and edit engaging and grammatically correct content including e-books, blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and thought-leadership pieces.
- Develop our content strategy alongside our Senior Director of Communications, and execute on it, ensuring it meets brand guidelines and resonates with our target audiences.
- Coordinate planning and production of content with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee a content production calendar, including our organic social media, to ensure timely and consistent posting across key channels.
- Track, analyse, and report on key social media and content metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
Qualifications đ
What we need to see
- 3+ years experience in Content writing and editing, with proven experience in digital B2B content creation.
- Experience in creating and executing B2B content marketing strategies, and work experience from fintech/banking/accounting industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - native or business-level fluency in both Swedish and English is a must.
- A talent for storytelling and the ability to communicate complex topics effectively.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow) with the ability to make content updates and understand basic site management.
- A proactive, creative, innovative, high-energy approach to content marketing; adaptable and resourceful.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Asana and HubSpot.
- Great relationship builder, with strong stakeholder management skills.
What weâd love to see
- SEO & Content Optimisation experience - following SEO best practices to maximise organic search performance and increase conversions.
- Experience in localising content across multiple markets and channels.
- Experience in video and audio content formats.
- A portfolio/examples of your work.
- Both agency and in-house work experience is a plus.
- A relevant degree or diploma.
