Your role at a glance đ¤¸ââď¸
The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for equipping our sales team with everything they need to succeed, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support in areas like lead sourcing, CRM management, and lead generation. You should also drive accountability within the commercial team and follow up on training. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands the unique needs of B2B sales and customer success in fintech, is data-driven, and can develop programs that increase productivity and performance across the sales organization.
Your responsibilities đ
In this role, youâll:
Commercial Team Training and Onboarding
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires to ensure they quickly become productive members of the team.
- Create and deliver training sessions & demos on product knowledge, sales methodologies, objection handling, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to continuously assess team skills and identify areas for improvement, implementing targeted training as needed.
Lead Sourcing and Generation

Research options to acquire contact lists per markets for marketing and sales outreach
Support the sales team by designing effective strategies for lead sourcing and lead generation. - Develop resources and guidelines for identifying high-quality leads and engaging potential clients.
- Monitor lead generation efforts, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements for consistent pipeline growth.
Sales Playbook and Scripts
- Work with the Commercial leaders to develop and improve Sales Playbooks and scripts for Sales Reps.
- Monitor Sales calls and identify learnings and areas of improvements.
CRM Management
- Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure it is a useful and efficient tool for the sales team, continuously updating data processes and workflows.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure CRM data quality and accuracy, creating dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance and pipeline health.
- Develop and document CRM usage guidelines for the team, ensuring consistent data entry and best practices across the organization.
Contract Management and Compensation
- Work with Legal, Sales and Customer Success to set standardized legal contracts and manage follow-up and identify customer health indicators.
- Work with Revenue Operations on OTE models and follow up with Team leads to assess individual performance and deliver right information to Sales Reps and CSMs to maximize motivation and remove low performers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to create aligned messaging and ensure that sales materials are up-to-date and relevant.
- Act as the bridge between sales and other departments, ensuring that feedback is consistently shared and used to refine sales processes and tools.

Qualifications đ
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- 3+ yearsâ experience in a Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or similar role, ideally within B2B fintech.
- Experience in training and onboarding sales teams, with a track record of building and scaling enablement programs.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems: Gong, HubSpot and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure the impact of enablement programs and optimize based on results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Swedish and English, comfortable leading training sessions and engaging with diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities.
