Your roleĀ at a glanceĀ š¤øāāļø
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will be a key player in shaping our Communications & Marketing strategy and will work closely with the Sales and Product teams to achieve our ambitious growth goals. A core focus of this role will be ownership of the company website and email marketing strategy.
Responsibilities šŖ
Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies across various channels, in line with company strategy and departmental goals

Website Ownership:
- Own and manage the company website, including content updates, design improvements, and SEO optimisation.
- Collaborate with our designers and developers to implement website changes and track website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, bounce rate).
- Conduct UX research and testing to optimise website usability and conversion.

Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and improve customer retention - working in close collaboration with our Commercial team
- Manage the email marketing platform and create automated email sequences.
- Segment email lists and personalise email content to maximise engagement.
- Analyse email campaign performance and optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Lead Generation (Contact Acquisition & Enrichment):
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire high-quality leads through various channels (e.g., webinars, contact lists, contact sourcing).
- Implement contact enrichment processes to gather additional information about leads and improve lead qualification.
- Research and evaluate lead generation tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with the Sales team and target lead acquisition efforts accordingly.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics, including lead volume, quality, and conversion rates.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources strategically.
- Collaborate with the other members of the Comms & Marketing to create compelling and engaging content that drives traffic and conversions.
- Identify and evaluate new marketing technologies and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest growth marketing trends and best practices.
- Contribute to the overall Comms & Marketing strategy and brand building efforts.
Qualifications š
What we need to see
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role.
- Native or business level fluency in Swedish and English are a must.
- Experience in fintech/finance/banking/accounting is a must.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing campaigns.
- Strong experience in website management, including content management systems (CMS), SEO, and UX optimisation.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in various marketing platforms and technologies (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM systems).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for growth and innovation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
