The Revenue Enablement Specialist will play a central role in supporting our three revenue-generating teams: sales, customer success, and partnerships, by ensuring they have access to the right analyses, data, content, tools, and training to succeed. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in enablement or revenue operations who will be joining the growing Revenue Operations team within Juni. This position focuses on both the operational and analytical aspects of revenue enablement, providing critical support through process improvements, documentation, content management, and performance analysis. This role requires someone curious and inquisitive with a proactive approach and a collaborative spirit, as you will interact with and work together with various teams across the organization on a daily basis.
Your responsibilities 👏
As a Revenue Enablement Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Content & Documentation Management:
- Creation, organization, and maintenance of sales, CS and partnership collateral, playbooks, training materials, and sales scripts.
- Ensure all revenue enablement content is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible to the revenue-generating teams.
- Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data related to revenue performance, content utilization, and training effectiveness.
- Work with Team leads to assess individual performance and deliver right information to maximize motivation and remove low performers.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in tracking key revenue metrics and enablement KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Training, Onboarding and Team Performance:
- Coordination and development of revenue team training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
- Prepare training materials and resources for new and existing revenue team representatives.
- Monitor Sales calls and identify learnings and areas of improvements.
- Process Building & Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for improving existing revenue generation processes and workflows.
- Ensure that all processes are clearly documented and accessible, promoting consistency and efficiency across revenue teams.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes and make adjustments as needed to drive continuous improvement.
- Tech Stack and Support:
- Monitoring and optimization of revenue enablement technologies. Our current tech stack includes Hubspot, Gong, Intercom, Cognism as well as a very strong in-house data and AI team.
- Troubleshoot user issues and support revenue-generating teams' adoption of enablement tools.
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Engagement:
- Collaborate with diverse internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Credit, and Finance, to ensure alignment of enablement efforts and contribute to integrated strategies.
- Serve as a key point of contact for enablement-related queries and foster effective communication across departments.
- Work closely with Revenue Operations leadership to implement enablement initiatives.

Qualifications 👑
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Preferred but not essential
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an operations, revenue support, sales, marketing, or business analyst role. Ideally within a B2B SaaS company or Fintech.
- Skills:
- Flexible and proactive: working across teams on a daily basis means that no two days are the same.
- Desire to learn and grow: almost endless opportunities to learn and get exposure to all commercial elements of a fast growing company.
- Analytical and problem solving mindset: comfortable in working with and analysing data.
- An eye for processes and details: they are the key to making us efficient.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills: you will need to convince and motivate people in various teams almost on a daily basis.
- Comfortable in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Hands on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and enablement platforms is a plus.
